All custom orders are scheduled to be made in the order they are received. Once you place an order, we will contact you with the schedule and let you know when you can expect your custom leather. Delivery time takes up to 4-6 weeks, but may vary.

PAYMENT

When ordering custom garments, all payments must be paid in full for us to begin the project, which is non-refundable due to the custom work.  

SIZING

All jackets come in pre-made sizes listed in the sizing chart.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of these custom produced pieces, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order. Sizing exchanges can be granted based on our discretion.

We use insured express shipping. Tracking is available upon request.
